Product Arrive Damaged
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product. Rest easy, because you will not need to send us the damaged piece back. We will process the replacement request within ten days after receiving the email and photos.
If you're not delighted with your selection after you see it in your space, we will be happy to exchange it for something that will! Please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to take care of you. Include your order number in the subject line and give us a brief description of why the piece did not suit your taste. There are different exchange procedures depending on whether you would like an item of equal or higher value.
All of our items are made on-demand and we get started as soon as the order is placed. Cancellation is required within 24 hours of purchase.

You are responsible to return the item within thirty days and cover the shipping costs. Refund will be processed when the item is returned.
