Wild Starr Creative Studio Policies

Wild Starr Creations Creative Studio strives for Inspiration, Creativity, and Community. Creativity is within every one of us. Our studio space is a safe and supportive environment allowing for expression of our uniqueness through acts of personal creativity. Find inspiration, explore new possibilities, discover new friendships, and create amazing pieces of art.

Participate, Craftiness & Session length

Participant

In order to take a workshop, event, and/ or camp, you will need to register via our website. Just look at the calendar and select the desired session. During the checkout process, you will be required to read and acknowledge our policies. Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to your workshop to check-in.

Craftiness

Do I need to be crafty to take a participate? No way! Our space provides guided instruction and WS Staff to assist you along the way, you will end up with your very own unique masterpiece.

Session Length 

We schedule workshops, events, and/ or camps for one and two-hour time blocks which allows for great fun and creativity. Artists events, specialty events, summer camps, private events and private rentals are scheduled according to registration activity.

Cancellation, late registration & waitlist

Cancellation

No refunds or credit for a missed program. Cancellations 5 days prior to date of registered workshop, event, camp, and/ or party will be eligible for a studio credit for the dollar amount of the registration which can be used for a future session.. No credit for cancellations within 4 days of registered program. Rental deposits are non-refundable due to cancellation or not meeting the minimum guest requirement.   

In the event that WS cancels a program due to weather conditions, we will email you directly and post on our social media platforms. You will be emailed within two working days information regarding future events comparable to the cancelled one.

Late Registration

Studio workshop, event, camp, and/ or party will not be prorated for late registrations or missed program. We do NOT offer make-up dates.

Waitlist

If a workshop, event, and/ or camp is sold out, you will have the option to add your email address to a waitlist. If a space opens, you will receive an email from us. We also post last minute openings on our social media pages. To attend you will then need to register for the course prior to arrival at the studio.

pick up, loyalty & rewards, photos, rewards & safety

Pick Up Policy

For products that require the finial process of epoxy resin please pick up your item(s) within 3 months of the date of creation. We do not have the storage space and are unable to hold items longer than 3 months. After 3 months your piece(s) will be donated or disposed of. You may arrange for mailing of your piece(s) with the additional cost of postage.

Loyalty & Rewards

Earn a free workshop in as few as 5 (five) visits! The Wild Starr Creations Loyalty & Rewards Program lets customers earn a free visit when they register for a workshop. How it Works; attend your registered workshop. Once you reach the preset threshold, you’re eligible to enjoy a free pick your project workshop. Each individual customer may only earn credit for the seat he/ she occupies at a given workshop or class; group credits are not allowed.

Photograph/Video Release

I consent to have, and hereby waive any objection to, Wild Starr Creations photographing and/or videotaping me and/or my child when I and/or my child is participating in Wild Starr Creations storefront, programs, camp or events. I am aware that all photographs and video footage will remain the property of Wild Starr Creations, and that Wild Starr Creations may use such photographs and videotapes on the Wild Starr Creations website, social media, and/or other promotional material or media.

Live Animals

Please do not bring your pet, a service animal will be allowed. Notify WS Staff prior to your arrival so they are aware of the additional furry visitor.

Safety

Wild Starr Creations main goal is to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

For this reason, we have the following safeguards:

1. Security cameras and coded locking doors.

2. A bell that rings when the front door is opening.

3. Campers are to be signed-in and signed-out for each session.

4. We believe in providing industry proven materials that impact the earth as little as possible.

5. Participants and instructors are required to stay home from registered workshop, event, camp, and/ or party if they are ill.
